The Bradnam’s Windows and Doors team in Toowoomba are recruiting a Installer to join the team. As an Installer you will: - Communicate with Bradnam’s customers to arrange site measurements or installations within lead times
- Liaise with the Production Manager regarding product lead times
- Manage Service Technician workloads
- Monitor quality and standards of work and provide feedback where necessary
- Engage with customers regarding rectification work and schedule appropriately
- Work with Sales / Production and Service / Install teams to help deliver work whilst maintaining a high level of Customer Service
- Review jobs each day and drive completion of works
- Review all Service work and provide feedback to relevant management
- Identify training needs for improved service and implement where necessary.
We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference. Skills & Experience - Technician scheduling experience (desirable but not essential)
- High level numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to establish relationships with customers and maintain rapport
- Structured approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide solution-based results
- Previous experience working with made to order product within the building and construction industry would be advantageous or a willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
To be successful in this role you must be proactive, a good communicator, a proven relationship builder and when necessary, a problem solver. You will also need to be extremely customer focussed with good computer skills.
