About The Role

National Aluminium are pleased to offer positions for a Machine Operator available at our Dandenong South location. Drive productivity and learn new skills in a key manufacturing with a focus safety and teamwork.

The Machine Operator will undertake a variety of manufacturing duties, including but not limited to: 

• Machine Operation
• Working to a production schedule
• Manufacturing quality products in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Inspecting products for their quality
• Capability of working in hot temperatures

About the Shifts 

About the Shifts 

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts 

Day shift – 7:00am – 3:00pm

Afternoon shift – 3:00pm – 11:00pm + 15% Afternoon shift loading

About you - Skills & Experience 

We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the National Aluminium Difference.

• Machine Operating experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Is proactive, punctual, and reliable
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to take instruction and follow through on them
• Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
• A desire to learn new skills, working with parts and product and enjoy working with process
• A clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team 
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior role in due time. 
• Organised and able to process requests and meet deadlines
